A lovely ride on tracks and bridleways plus a few quiet roads. Plus the bonus of a start at the popular Swettenham Arms. The Swettenham Arms now has a horse rail with tie points/water/mounting block if you did want to stop for a drink or food, with its car park big enough for pleasure ride parking.

SWE1w01 Waypoint 1
Road
From the Swettenam Arms go back to the road and turn left. Ignoring the left turn in the village take the next left, cross the ford and turn left at the T junction.

Keep on Congleton Road then take the next left on a Lane that becomes a restricted byway.

Restricted Byway
Turn left by Ashtree Farm on a track to cross the stream.

At the next lane turn left then at Swetten Village turn right to Swettenham Arms, or pass the Swettenham Arms to continue the ride.
